What an amazing Villa, spacious and clean with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Fantastic communication with the owners, Richard and Tracey. Great location for all the usual attractions and for those wishing to venture away from Disney/Universal there's plenty to see and do. By far the best villa we've stayed in. Highly recommend. We had an amazing stay. Nirvana Villa was everything we had hoped for and much much more - it was immaculately clean, well furnished, the pool was great, it had everything you needed for a fantastic holiday - in a nut shell it was perfect. Richard & Tracey were brilliant providing lots of information and nothing was too much trouble. Of all the villas we have stayed at in Orlando this was by far the best, we cannot speak highly enough about it. We will be back.

Great place to stay, host fantastic in their help and responses. The Shires at West Haven is quiet and perfectly placed for all your needs. We will definitely be back. We having being going to Florida for the last 20 years and this is truly the best place we have stayed at this time. Really recommend and just wish it was not so booked for 2024 that we have t find somewhere else. It is a great home and cannot fault our fantastic stay. It exceeded expectations.

We booked originally in 2020 but due to pandemic had to reschedule a couple of times. Finally we made it in Aug 23 and were at last able to experience this wonderful villa. A perfect place to relax and just enjoy the facilities.The perfect pool area , sit on the balcony or enjoying playing pool. Just the place to return to after a day exploring the parks. Our Third stay at Nirvana and fourth to the Shire area and as before did not disappoint. Such a peaceful relaxing area after busy days out and about. Villa is a real home from home and we felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door, despite not visiting over the last few years for obvious reasons. The villa is spacious and has everything you need ( and more ) for a very comfortable stay. Pool area is so peaceful and relaxing with no rear neighbours. We made great use of the games room with daily pool tournaments. We are a family of 6 ( 21,20,19 & 13 ) and all enjoyed the space that Nirvana gives for privacy & peace when you want it. Nirvana is ideally placed for restaurants, supermarkets, and of course all the tourist attractions. We have been to Florida 20+ times and have only ever returned to one Villa, Nirvana. The villa owners are an absolute pleasure to deal with and extremely responsive to any queries. I would not hesitate to book with Richard & Tracey again.

We originally booked to holiday here in 2020 (pandemic caused cancellation), then 2021 (foiled again!) and eventually made it in June 2023. Throughout the three years Richard was a star, answering a multitude of questions from me with exceedingly good grace. He provided much more helpful information than we could ever have expected. On arriving at the villa following Richards comprehensive directions, we were absolutely delighted. The rooms were cool and airy and spotlessly clean. The sofas were really comfy , the beds seemed enormous and the kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you could want. Also, the Games Room was an added bonus. The pool was lovely with more than enough seats in the shade or sun, whichever you preferred and we spent many a happy hour watching the wildlife passing between and behind the villas. The villa is ideally located for the I-4 and all the theme parks, although the traffic on the I-4 was a nightmare at times with all the construction work. We are more than happy to recommend this villa to anyone who wants a wonderful, spacious villa close to all attractions.

My husband and sons booked this villa to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday and relax and unwind which they did.In all the years of travelling to Orlando they have said it is the best villa they have stayed in. We have just come back from 16 wonderful nights staying at this beautiful home. Equipped to an exceptionally high standard and immaculately clean, I would not hesitate to return again & again. Ideal location for all the major theme parks and beaches alike. Lots of great restaurants within a short drive away along with a great publix supermarket stocking everything you would need. There were 5 of us on this vacation and due to the size and layout of the property we all had our own space which was fabulous along with our own bathrooms. The pool is positioned perfectly and gets the sun on the deck from sunrise to sunset and is a wonderful place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day at the parks or shopping. So peaceful and quiet. Richard and Tracey made the whole booking process and breeze and we really cannot recommend this home enough. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home and make yet more wonder memories which we will treasure for a very long time.

We could not find fault with anything and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean,spacious,quiet,secure and high quality accommodation .Richard and Tracey where a joy to deal with always returning e-mails etc quickly and giving useful help and advice from our first booking to our returning back in the UK. They also sent very comprehensive directions and villa information prior to our arrival which made finding and entering the villa very easy on our first night and the management company where only a call away if needed. Just returned from a 2 week stay in this Excellent Villa , you could wish for. My family has stayed in lots of Villas in Orlando and i would like to say the following. 1 Excellent Location for parks 2 The Shire is very quite neighborhood 3 Bedroom's are very tidy and neat 4 Pool is at the correct temperature for enjoying 5 Lights can be put on if requested if you arrive in the dark 6 Kitchen is open plan and has all facilities you require 7 Electric gates for entrance to the Shire prevents unwanted visitors if you worry about this when leaving the villa 8 Entrance code and depart code is easy to remember and use 9 The view from the pool area is excellent, and you are not overlooked 10 LAST BUT NO LEAST BOOK THIS VILLA WITH NO REGREATS

We have just had a 4 week stay at Villa Nirvana. From the first enquiry to returning home Richard & Tracey were helpful with anything we needed to know and answered very quickly. The home was lovely to walk into on arrival, very comfortable, clean and homely. It is very spacious, allowing you to sit quietly to read away from the main lounge if others are watching etc. The photos are a true image of how nice it all is. We had a very relaxing time sitting out on the balcony as it is very quiet in the area. Not overlooked at all as at the rear there is conservation land. We have already booked for next year and can’t wait to return.

I stayed here in June 19, on my own for a relaxing break ! Loved it, Villa is stunning , loved my morning coffee out on the balcony listening to birds in the reserve behind villa. Pool area is lovely , very peaceful area . As I’ve said I had the villa to myself, and felt totally safe in the villa , and within the gated community , Looking to return either later in 2019,work permitting, or 2020. It’s easy to book via owners and everything was done quickly, no problems ! I’ve recommended the villa to my friends !

This fabulous villa is spacious, cosy, light & airy and comfortable. We arrived after sundown and the lights had been put on for us which was a nice touch with no struggling to gain entry in the dark. Richard & Tracey were lovely to deal with. They were friendly, replied quickly to emails and had great suggestions for things to do in Orlando. Info for getting to the villa (emailed before the holiday) was easy to follow. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back again.

We had the best holiday. The house has everything you would need and more. It was comfortable, cosy, yet spacious and elegant. We stayed here for a week in February and loved this place. It’s a cut above most of the villas on offer. It has plenty of room for a large family with great facilities for everyone. The pool table was a favourite and the games room is a great touch. Very nicely furnished and beautifully presented when we arrived,with great satellite TV which covers most people’s tastes. We found Champions Gate to be a good area to stay, close enough to main attractions with all the facilities you need here, and it’s a little bit more upmarket than other areas . The gated community is very tastefully done. Very quiet and secluded and immaculately kept. The villa location is great, facing onto a small conservation area which means it’s not overlooked, with Florida bird life visiting regularly. The pool area is spacious and provides plenty of room to relax. having stayed in other areas and villas, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nirvana Villa to friends and family and will be looking to stay again if it’s available.

This is an amazing villa, there was nothing we could fault about it at all. Unusually for Florida not as hot as usual so plenty of time spent in the games rooms in the evenings with competition on the pool and fuse-ball tables. Very central for all the theme parks and shops and the whole community looked beautiful and it was very quiet and safe. We will certainly recommend to all our family and friends and have already showed them the holiday pics. This will be our first choice when we return and it was a great start to the New Year. We are on our final day at Villa Nirvana. I can not speak too highly of this villa. We have been coming to Florida for the past 24 years and stayed on The Shire 7 times and this villa beats them all, hands down. Everything you need and more, pool totally secluded, the games room a dream, great times in there most evenings, so much space and fabulous kitchen. We are all totally sad to leave. I looked up the meaning of Nirvana it said ' a place of perfect peace and happiness, like heaven'. I need say no more. Thank you Keith & Caroline you will be our first choice in future. I have been going to Florida for the past 35 years and have stayed in villa's all over the Kissimmee area and have never stayed in one as luxurious as this. So spacious, so well furnished and decorated and so well equipped. We could only book for 7 days as that was all that was available and enjoyed it so much we would have loved to have stayed for longer. We moved onto Sarasota and the villa was in no way comparable to Villa Nirvana. I will always make this villa top of my list for all our future trips but looking at the bookings, which must be due to the quality and reasonable rates, will be hard, but we have managed to book May 2019 and can't wait. Keith was so obliging and helpful it made the whole booking process easy. The location is central to everything you need, theme parks, shopping ,malls, restaurants etc. etc. If you can book this villa do it you will not find anything better.

The Jacuzzi and pool were like heaven after a long day at the parks or shopping. My family and I stayed at Keith and Caroline's beautiful home in The Shire at West Haven from October 22nd to the 29th 2017. First let me say they were so pleasant and easy to work with in the booking and payment process. We stay in this area every fall and I can say from experience that it is not always the case! The villa itself is lovely - nicely decorated, all kinds of items in the kitchen (plenty of dishes, glasses, plastic ware for the pool area, small appliances, etc...), very comfortable furniture, nice games room, etc... I could go on and on! This home has all the comforts of your own home! We did call the property manager one evening because we did not realize how the air conditioning system worked and thought it may not be working properly. I bring this up only because I have NEVER in 15 years of renting has a manager come immediately (within 10 minutes) to address our concern even though he could easily have explained the system to us over the phone. There was nothing - we had been out all day and the system senses motion to cool down the house. It cooled just fine once we were back, and as I said this could have been explained over the phone, but he came over in person, explained how things worked, and made sure we didn't have other concerns or questions. Such a nice man and a nice feeling of knowing we wouldn't have any issues in this home! I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Disney area. It is a great neighbourhood (gated), a great location (Disney can be reached in 10 minutes along with lots of other attractions), and priced very reasonably. I know we will be back next year if it is available!! Thank you Keith for a wonderful week in your lovely home!

It's been our second time staying at Villa Nirvana with my family and I'm so glad we returned. Even by high, Floridian villa standards, Villa Nirvana stands out. The house is beautifully and luxuriously decorated, spacious and well located on the West Haven estate to provide privacy in the outdoor pool area. The facilities are everything you could need, lovely pool deck, spacious bedrooms, fully fitted and well appointed kitchen, large covered lanai etc. with some lovely little extra's like a balcony, large games room, huge TV, audio and cable sound system. Keith is always happy to help and accommodating. We found paying a little extra for the optional heated pool and late check out were god-sends. Thank you once again Keith for your lovely villa, we will definitely be coming back!

We have visited Florida several times and have stayed in several villa's and we felt this was the best villa by far. From the time of the booking Keith was very prompt in replying and we received all of the information on time with a phone call from Keith after we had arrived to check everything was in order. The conservation view and sun on the pool all day was fantastic and we spent most of our evenings sitting outside enjoying the warm evenings. We have just had the most amazing time in Florida staying at Villa Nirvana. A beautiful and well equipped, spacious villa. This our 5th visit to Florida and this has been by far the best. We enjoyed overlooking the conservation area and the wildlife from both the pool area and the balcony. We saw loads of lizards, a family of herons, squirrels, rabbits, a frog and our favorite the raccoon - thankfully outside the netting! Villa Nirvana was recommended by a friend who stayed there a couple of years ago. I visit Florida usually 3 times a year and every time I looked the villa was already booked and the reviews were always fantastic. I decided to travel to Florida this January and to my surprise the villa was available. I have to say everything said about it is true, everything is of a much higher standard than any villa we have ever stayed in and we are choosy!! Spacious , beautifully decorated, comfortable, so well equipped, reasonable rates and perfectly located. I have already booked for 2018 and would encourage anyone to stay here, you will not find anything better. It was worth the wait.

We have stayed in many villa's around the Disney area but never one that has been as spacious as Villa Nirvana and perfectly situated for all the Parks. We have just spent the last two weeks in Villa Nirvana that is more than a 5 star villa. It has everything you could possibly want and more from the spacious lounges, extensive kitchen (I have never stayed in a villa that is so well equipped and clean). Then there is the huge bedrooms, bathrooms, with towels aplenty, walk-in wardrobe which is the size of my bedroom at home, to the games with great pool and fuse-ball tables and decorated with prints of Hollywood stars, many a happy night spent in there. The pool area is huge, totally private and plenty of sun beds and decorations on the wall is a nice touch and the balcony overlooking greenery. It is easy to get to all the parks. Keith was a joy to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and all the information he gave us was invaluable. If you are coming to this area for your holiday check out this villa first. Just back from a week in the best villa we have ever stayed in. Villa Nirvana is perfectly located at West Haven and in easy reach of all the theme parks. Champions Gate (2 miles away) offers a variety of good restaurants and a Publix supermarket. The villa is tastefully decorated and furnished and really has everything you could possibly want and more importantly all the kitchen equipment (pots, pans etc.) were so clean which is usually a problem in most villa's. Thank you for letting us share your home and for all the help and advice given. We wish we could have stayed longer, and will recommend to all our family and friends. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home. We have been holidaying in Florida villas for 19 years now and yours is by far the nicest and well equipped we have stayed in. Plenty of good quality pots and pans and well stocked with towels, crockery, cutlery etc. This is the weak area with most villas. The privacy on the pool deck is very welcome looking onto natural countryside instead of another villa pool deck, this means you can enjoy a 'peaceful' evening with a drink after a hard days shopping. A massive plus point is the huge fan on the pool deck wall, what a great idea, keep cool with anything from a gentle breeze upwards. Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated with every gadget you could wish for. We will definitely be back. Paul & Liz

There are some discoveries in life which should be kept secret, and this is one! A most delightful home which allows the perfect balance for a family holiday. The pool and terrace allows those fabulous fun activities and the poolside eating and relaxing space fosters the late night games and family chat. Firstly I need to explain that my wife and I always spend a great deal of time researching holiday Villa's to ensure we get what we are looking for and not disappointed. From first discovering Villa Nirvana, Keith the owner was friendly and informative, even when we changed the length of our rental 3 times. We have stayed in Florida once previously and also in Villa's in various other locations, but have never been so pleased with a Villa. Under 5 minutes from I4 within easy reach of restaurants and a Publix supermarket. Around 15 minutes to Disney and 35 minutes to Universal. The Villa is located in a secure gated community which is very well looked after and clean. The Villa has good security throughout with an alarm and keypad entry. The pictures do not do the Villa justice but I can confirm that the pictures of the Villa are accurate and up to date. It is obviously a much loved family home as personal touches are evident throughout. All appliances are modern and of good quality. All rooms are large, well decorated and complete with quality furnishings. We found everything we could wish for in the Villa and could find no fault with any aspect of the property. The pool area is also spacious and has adequate loungers, tables and chairs. We paid for pool heating, which in my opinion was money well spent. Even in the heat of Florida the pools can be chilly but with the heating it was always perfect no matter what time of day. We stayed in Villa Nirvana for almost 3 weeks and were very sad when it was time to leave. Whenever we decide to return to Orlando we will definitely be staying at Villa Nirvana. I cannot recommend it enough, if you are visiting Florida and your dates are available book Villa Nirvana, you will not be disappointed.

We're heading back to Orlando in 2 weeks time again & due to Villa Nirvana being fully booked we have still not found a property that lives up to the standard of Villa Nirvana and honestly we've been searching for 6 months!! I doubt we will find the quality and homeliness that we found in Keith's home, but hopefully next year when we return again we'll book Villa Nirvana. You've spoilt us, still hunting but nothing gives us the same vibe that your lovely home had.

A beautiful home, decorated and equipped to a high standard. It is conveniently situated for the Disney attractions, restaurants, shopping and golf. During our month long stay we were able to take full advantage of the many facilities. The grand-daughter in particular enjoying the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Vila Nirvana and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

We have just returned home from our best Florida holiday ever. Part of this was your fantastic Villa that gave us every facility we could have wished for. Your home is so large and welcoming on arrival, it accommodated us all with space to spare. Fantastic for two families with 2 lovely Master Bedrooms, one with a walk in wardrobe the size of our Master Bedroom in the UK! Your communication throughout the process was great, even assisting us once we were in Florida, thank you. The Villa is ideally situated for Disney with plenty of local shopping and dining within a few miles. Games room and PS4 a nice touch for teenagers (and us big kids). Our party was very grateful for the cot, pram, safe, wi-if, washing machine and dryer, all very useful for a group ranging from 50 to 18 months. Finally the preparation of the Villa before our arrival was second to none, perfectly clean, well presented, towels folded into animals just like a 5* hotel. We have been back in the UK 36 hours and we are already looking at our next trip and your Villa is forming a key part of those plans.

Your home is very welcoming and accommodated our family which included our 6 month baby comfortably, making it a home away from home. Thank you Keith & Caroline for sharing your wonderful home. The Villa was stunning. Spacious, fully equipped and extremely comfortable. This is our 4th visit to Orlando and your Villa is by far the best we have stayed in. Champions Gate is a great location, you can enjoy the hustle of the parks and then 10/15 minutes return from Disney and relax in the fabulous warm pool and Jacuzzi. The children loved the pool and every evening we found them in the games room. Ivan and Christine, from the Management Company were so hospitable and even put the garbage bin out for us!! Just returned home to wet , windy and cold UK after two weeks in the best place we have ever stayed in Florida. It is situated in the perfect location, peaceful, relaxing and picturesque setting. I agree with everything the previous guests put in their review and would add that the security measures on all the doors and pool area meant we could relax knowing our small children were perfectly safe. We cannot recommend this Villa highly enough, as good as the photographs are it surpasses all expectations, it really is stunning. If you want to stay in a 5 star Villa this is the one. Thanks. Thank you Keith & Caroline for letting us stay in your beautiful home. The whole process from the initial enquiry to the holiday was handled very professionally, with all questions answered quickly and all information given invaluable. The directions from the Airport were clear and precise and once we picked up our car took 30 minutes or so, there is nothing worse than getting lost after a long flight. When we arrived the external lights were on making it easy to use the keypad. The house was beyond our wildest dreams, so spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, had all the mod cons and the surround sound is out of this world. The kitchen was great, everything you could want and all the pots, pans, cutlery etc. were as good as new. The games room was spectacular with the large pool and fuseball tables and the posters of the Rat Pack, Marilyn Monroe etc. made it feel unique. It is in an ideal location, close to all the Theme Parks, Shopping Malls and Outlets as well as supermarkets and restaurants. Sitting on the balcony at sunset with all the birds flocking in was fantastic and a glass of wine made it even better. Everything was perfect and we could not have wished for anything more. We have already tried to book for next year but as you are already fully booked we will be back in 2017. Thank you again and I agree with you, you really do go the extra mile to make it a memorable holiday.

Second visit to Villa Nirvana and it was just a fantastic holiday. We thought it was perfect last year but Keith and Caroline up-graded their Kitchen appliances to make it even better! and very nicely put the old fridge in the games room. Thank you Keith & Caroline for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home for the last 3 1/2 weeks!! We have been to Florida more than 10 times and I can honestly say this is the first time that a villa has lived up to expectations, in fact surpassed! Your home is beautifully furnished and extremely spacious and well equipped. Although the photo's are a very clear representation of what the villa looks like I don't think from them I quite appreciated the scale!! The master bedroom, en-suite and "wardrobe" are unbelievable - the boys don't believe it's really a wardrobe as it's bigger than their own bedrooms at home!!! It is set in a peaceful and relaxing setting and feels very private due to no rear neighbours. Our three boys loved splashing in the pool after busy days in the parks and the large lanai means that there was plenty of room for all of us. The multiple pool security on the doors in addition to the pool screen meant we could rest easy knowing our youngest was entirely safe. Keith has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate in recommending this wonderful home to others. Hi Keith & Caroline Well what a wonderful holiday we had, definitely home from home, well truth be told the Villa was better than home which made it even harder to go after two weeks. You had thought of everything from pool towels to the suitcase weight checker, which came in very handy, the cupboards were stocked with every utensil possible, we did not want for anything. It was especially nice to actually meet yourselves the owner of the Villa, which makes us appreciate your home even more. Also to know there was a management team at the other end of the phone if needed. The pool was exceptionally clean and was very inviting at the end of the day after visiting the parks which were such an easy drive from the Villa. The only wish we had was to of stayed longer. This is my second stay and you have made your home even better with all the additions you have made, especially the new fridge/freezer. As last time we feel completely at home here and I am writing this waiting for our lift to the Airport, thinking 7 days is just not long enough. by far the cleanest and most attention to all the big and little things that make for an enjoyable family vacation-you can tell the owners and management take great care in providing for their guests-pool and spa warm and maintained,towels galore, the kitchen is abundant with all you need and extra large with top of the line appliances-WIFI ,entertainment system,tvs were all put to use and enjoyed by all-Tom jones,Rod Stewart and Frank Sinatra with Irish coffee on the lanai-we were overjoyed and relaxed to the max! Location to champions gate for golf ,gas and shopping- I4 for travel to golf coast ,Disney and Idrive was super convenient-will recommend to florida travellers and hope to return one day Thanks Keith kids enjoyed their own bedrooms and we all had sound sleep-very comfortable beds and as a bonus we watched morning hot air ballons,a firework show,a pair of sandhill cranes all from the property-the games room was fun as well-loved our week at Nirvana Villa

When you are looking for a place to spend your vacation there are so many things to consider. Is it close to recreation, to shopping, to entertainment venues etc.? Does it have all the comforts of home, well equipped kitchen, comfortable environment space? is it a quiet and safe area? can it provide self contained entertainment for rainy days - game room, great TV, DVD players and plenty of space to entertain the family? Does it have a pool and Jacuzzi for the wind down from the day or just a lazy day by the pool? With this property we found everything we were looking for. It was very accessible to Disney (20 minutes) and the other attractions in the area. An hour away from a casino, and 1 1/2 away from Race trace (Tampa Downs). Just about every type of shopping in short travel time from the front door. Warm, comfortable and friendly is the best way to summarize the residence. The Management staff, Ivan & Christine were very responsive and helpful to the little things that needed attention. Needed their services for very few items but light bulb replacement and battery replacement as example were handled quickly and efficiently. Lastly was it worth the cost, YES. I would give this experience 5 out of 5 stars and would definitely recommend this property to all who ask. It is on the top of our list for a return visit.

Just arrived home from a lovely stay at Villa Nirvana. We have been to several Orlando Villas over the years and this has been by far the best. No matter how a site looks you never really know what you are going to get, but no worries here, what you see is what you get. The web pictures are a true representation of the Villa's looks and cleanliness. The Villa was excellently equipped and the Wi-Fi beneficial to us all. Everything was well cared for and was extremely clean and welcoming. The balcony was like an additional room which we enjoyed using in the morning, just step out one of the bedrooms and sit straight down and enjoy the morning peace. Keith was a delight to deal with. He answered emails straight away and gave good advice. We were not sure about having pool heating but decided to go for it as we were staying in January and it was well worth it. Our deposit was returned within a week of our return. Keith and Caroline are obviously proud of their home and in making people enjoy their time at the Villa. The Villa is absolutely beautiful. We spent ages looking for the perfect Villa and kept coming back to this one, and we certainly made the right choice. The Villa lives up to it's name, a tranquil heavenly place, set in a quiet spot, with views over conservation land with wildlife including eagles, cranes, turtles and racoons. Not overlooked by anyone it is so restful to relax after a busy schedule. There is everything you could want in a Villa and more, the fridge was great, so big. It is the ideal setting with the gardens kept beautifully and within easy reach of all the major attractions and shopping malls. The pool was the cleanest we have ever had and the spa with a glass of wine was again heaven. For total peace I used to sneak out onto the balcony and just admire the views. There were no problems at all, everything was easy to use, the Wi-Fi worked everywhere in the house and pool area. We arrived back in the UK to cold and frost and just wished we were back in Florida. Thank you Keith & Caroline, we can't put into words how fantastic and spacious your Villa is. The Master Bedroom is the size of a flat. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. A great location for all the major attractions and shopping malls, with the I4 only minutes away and the whole of the Champions Gate area is beautiful. The balcony is wonderful with great views, watching the hot air balloons in the morning and the wildlife. We stayed for 2 weeks (from 17th November 2014) but wished it had been much longer. First time to Florida and you both made it so easy with all the information and attention to detail before we left, it was just the best. We had no problems at all everything was perfect. When we can afford to come back to Florida this will be the Villa.

Where to start. This is simply the best Villa we have stayed in and we have been coming to Florida for 10 years +. It has everything, beautiful furniture, tastefully decorated, so spacious, fully equipped kitchen, we hardly went out, it was a pleasure to cook in. The bedrooms are so big and really comfortable beds. The Master Bathroom and walk in wardrobe are to die for. Massive pool area with the sun all day, fabulous games room, we lost our boys in there!! and the balcony is so relaxing having breakfast and evening drinks gazing out to lovely views and not being overlooked by anyone. Thank you Keith & Caroline for all your help and especially the wine as a welcome gift. Your Villa and The Shire are in just a perfect location. I have just returned (5th October 2014) from an amazing stay at the Nirvana Villa. The house was so homely and very welcoming. Keith, the owner, was very helpful and always prompt in answering any questions or issues I had prior to my visit. We have stayed in a few places now in Florida and I will say this is one I would definitely return to. Its location is great, easy to find when first arriving and not far to drive to Publix (one of the main Supermarket chains, for those who haven't been before). Sun stays on and around the pool all day, so great for those who don't wish to venture out. I would highly recommend to anyone, young or old, we had my parents with us and my 7 year old son and we all loved staying here, and the beds are so comfy too. The Management Company were excellent and reassuring that they were there if any help was needed. Thanks Keith and family for letting us stay at your fantastic home.

We thoroughly enjoyed, had a great trip and would love to come back when we are next in Florida. Our bedroom was amazing, pool was great and temperature was fine. The Villa was massive so we all had our own space when we wanted. It's certainly the best standard Villa we have rented and was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The area was really well placed to access all the attractions too - not having ventured down to Champions gate before we were really impressed.

Villa Nirvana is just ideal for a dream holiday. A beautifully furnished home, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The games room is brilliant with loads of pictures of "The Rat Pack" and Marilyn Munroe. The pool and deck area again spotless. We had a fantastic holiday and have no hesitation in recommending Villa Nirvana. Indeed we are looking forward to returning next summer.

We very much enjoyed our stay in your lovely house, which we found to be of a very high standard with all the facilities for a good Florida holiday readily available. The house was immaculate in cleanliness and supply of contents. We enjoyed the luxurious environment, pool and games room. No negatives that we can think of. Happy to stay again and would definitely recommend to others. Liked it so much we are thinking of buying on the Shire.
